Viatalk

Like other services Vianet VOIP service is easier than any other VOIP providers, which we call VIATALK. You can setup Vianet VOIP in your own sweet home or offices and it will take only 2 mins minimum depending of your Internet speed.

You do not need to find an specialist or an adviser to use VIATALK. So lets start now.

Step 1

1. Go to viatalk.com.np and you'll find the registration form.
2. Use your valid email address that you use most.
3. After the form is submitted check your email inbox for activating your account. 
4. After the activation you will get the second email from Viatalk. It will contain your  user name and password.
5. Now you got the account. You need a dialer to make calls. 
6. In your second email you will get a link to download SIP client software EyeBeam. Download it.

Now you are almost done. Just download and instal the software EyeBeam.

Step 2

• You should set up your EyeBeam settings like below.

• Put check in [Enable this SIP account].
• Put the Display name, User name , Password as above [your user name and password is in your second email].
• Domain should be [viatalk.com.np]
• Apply/Ok and you are done.

Your EyeBeam should look like this.

 

     Now you only need to recharge your account to make calls.

1. To check your balance, recharge account, rate lists you have to login to Viatalk site.
2. Log in with your user name and password.
3. You can get Viatalk recharge cards in Viatalk desk.
